In your holiday apartment at the farm Unterkoflhof you will be surrounded by soothing peace and quiet in the heart of the Dolomites – just two kilometres from the village centre of Deutschnofen. You will be right in the heart of authentic South Tyrolean mountain life, and as self-caterers you will enjoy the highest degree of privacy and freedom: Each of our three lovingly furnished apartments has a separate entrance and offers space for 2-5 persons. Our farm animals and a vegetable and herb garden create a rural “vibe”. During your farm holiday, we are happy to provide you with milk and eggs directly from our farm.

This apartment measures about 55 square meters and is located on the ground floor. This house is in the care of the fine arts and was built in the 16th century. In the spring of 2009 it has been completely restored, while part of the original cellar has been turned into a spacious apartment.
You can look forward to:
- large vaulted bedroom for up to 4 people (27 m²) with wooden floors and natural wood furniture
- a fully equipped kitchen-living room with wood stove, dishwasher, microwave and oven
- a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washing machine, soap dispenser and hairdryer
- underfloor heating in all rooms – pleasantly warm in winter

During the summer, this apartment offers an appealing freshness, while in the winter you can enjoy its stove heating which is typical of the mountain homes.

In our holiday apartments at the farm Unterkoflhof we welcome you all year round: in summer for an amazing hiking vacation, and in winter for skiing in the ski area Latemar Dolomites.
Starting directly from your accommodation you may access the extensive network of cycling and hiking trails in the holiday region Eggental. The views of Mount Latemar und Mount Weisshorn are included free of charge. The same is true for the GuestPass, which allows you to use public transport for free.
Our youngest guests may look forward to petting the farm animals and our romping freely on our private playground. We are happy to provide families with a baby bed and a highchair.

All three apartments at the farm Unterkoflhof feature a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven for your completely carefree holiday in Eggental. Wooden floors and bedrooms with furniture made of natural wood guarantee particularly restful nights. The holiday apartment “Latemar” with two separate bedrooms is the best choice for families. All holiday apartments feature a private balcony or furnished terrace, offering even more space to relax and enjoy your stay.
The 55 m² holiday apartment “Rosengarten” is listed as a historical monument: After all, the fully renovated apartment is located in a historic building dating back to the 16th century. This apartment features underfloor heating for cosy winter days and provides pleasant coolness on hot summer days.

Price conditions
We are open all year round.
Prices outside the main season are available on request.
We have non smoking apartments. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside.
The price is for one apartment a day with a reservation for min. 3 days.
The local tourist tax of €2.70 per person per night will be added to the stated price.
Children under 14 years do not pay the tourist tax.
During the high season, arrival is only possible on Saturdays or by prior arrangement.
Included services
The price includes: bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, radio, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, final cleaning, and the GuestCard with free use of public transport and informational material.
Discounts for children
Children up to 2.99 years stay with us free of charge.
Baby equipment is available free of charge on request.
Pets
Your dog is warmly welcome.
The price is €5 per day. Please bring your dog’s basket or blanket.
Deposit & Payment terms
Payment can be made in cash on site, or by bank transfer upon request.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: is possible from 2:00 pm. Other times are available on request. If you plan to arrive very late, we appreciate a short message from you.
Departure: on the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest. Other times are also possible on request.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
You may cancel free of charge up to one month before arrival. Within the last four weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the booking price.
